Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to support our Endocrinology practice in Salem, MA! This is a 40-hour onsite position.Operational Responsibilities:
This position plays a key leadership role within the clinical operations team. Responsibilities include:
-Providing guidance and oversight to Medical Assistants and Leads within the clinic.
-Collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and Director of Operations to support day-to-day clinic functions and strategic initiatives.
-Participating in recurring leadership meetings.
-Supporting staff development.
-As preceptor, offering hands-on support to Medical Assistants as needed to ensure efficient clinical operations.
-Contributing to strategy development and process improvement efforts to enhance patient care and team performance.
Qualifications
Required:High School diploma/GEDMedical Assistant course or diploma program or minimum of 3 years of professional experienceCertification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCTEither BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire
