Summary: Seeking a Lead Mechanical PE specialized in HVAC systems to supervise design teams and collaborate with clients and construction professionals.
7-9 years of experience required
Mechanical PE License in MN or ability to obtain through reciprocity
Experience leading design teams with client partnerships
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, BIM 360, AutoDesk Construction Cloud
Expertise in HVAC and mechanical piping systems design
Knowledge of Minnesota Mechanical and Energy Codes, ASHRAE Standards
Familiarity with HVAC loads/calculations using Excel, Trane Trace 700, HAP, IES VE
Comfortable with field visits for project discussions
Responsibilities:
Sign off on construction document deliverables
Supervise and mentor design staff
Serve as primary engineering contact for teams
Collaborate with Construction PMs to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
Coordinate with external clients including owners and architects
Work alongside internal staff such as PMs, field superintendents, VDC team
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
