Job details Spherion Staffing is hiring an Lead Mechanical Hardware Installer for a supply company in Wichita Falls, TX! The work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, pay ranges from $25-27/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Installation of mechanical door hardware, restroom accessories, cabinetry hardware, and other architectural hardware as specified in blueprints and work orders. ... - Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installation and adherence to design intent.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical hardware installation, function, and alignment. Perform necessary adjustments and repairs.
- Directly supervise and provide technical direction to a team of installers and apprentices, and train team members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections to verify that all installations meet company quality standards and local building codes.
- Enforce all job site safety rules, conduct regular safety checks, and lead/participate in toolbox safety meetings. Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards.
- Track and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Requisition necessary parts and report any shortages.
- Maintain accurate daily work logs, material usage records, time sheets, and installation sign-off documents.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for installation issues, providing professional customer service and communicating project status and concerns to the Project Manager or client.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
