As a Lead Material planner, you will be responsible for owning all material planning actions for the Well Systems (Subsea XT) product line for the Brazil Execution Hub. You will be part of the Global Material Planning and Scheduling team and work cross functionally with project and function teams to ensure material is driven on time for project executed in the region.

As a Lead Material Planner you will be responsible for:

Ensuring all material is released into the supply chain on time and ensure any risks are flagged to stakeholders

Working cross functionally with project and function teams to ensure that deliverables are met and work collaboratively on solutions where items are pacing late

Be responsible for all material planning KPIs in the Brazil Execution Hub for Well Systems product line

Own the slot plan for Brazil Execution hub and ensure plan reflects both material and capacity constraints

Be responsible for “tollgate” process which reviews material pacing for upcoming shop orders and drives actions of stakeholders to ensure any late/high risk items receive focus

Oversee production meetings to ensure WIP is paced and completion dates updated to reflect current manufacturing commitments.

Optimize material plans by analyzing risks to supply and proactively put in place measures to mitigate this for future supply orders (such as strategic stocking)

Support junior team members that will be supporting with above tasks

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field7+ years of experience in Material Planning/Warehouse Management/Production Planning/Manufacturing Planning/Project Planning.Have experience in order management, inventory optimization, and asset utilizationHave strong knowledge of SAP and MRP functionalityExperience in the Oil & Gas industry, especially in subsea equipment manufacturing and operations.
