Together with our employees we constantly strive to create a better world of mobility.Job Responsibilities:The lead material handler oversees and facilitates the efficient flow of materials across the warehouse and production areas. This role ensures adherence to production schedules and inventory accuracy while mentoring and guiding team members in their daily responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the team on proper inbound receiving instructions and protocol.Ensure team members follow all safety protocols and perform daily check on material handling equipment.Monitor inventory movements in SAP to ensure accurate tracking and data consistency.Provide hands-on support to resolve issues with discrepancies.Train and mentor material handlers to improve efficiency and skills.Assign tasks and monitor progress and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Promote team culture and improvement processes that optimize warehouse operations.Who we are looking for:
SAP knowledge preferred.Minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse experienceMicrosoft knowledge.Effective communication skillsStrong analytical skillsThe ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.High ethical standardsCommitment to department timelinesThe ability to prioritize tasks.Your preferred qualifications:
