Position Overview
Drive innovation and accelerate business growth as a Business Development Strategist, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. Leverage in-depth market research, build impactful strategic alliances, and develop forward-thinking distribution strategies to expand our reach and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Craft and execute robust short- and long-term strategies that fuel market growth, broaden market penetration, and deliver on ambitious business objectives.
Launch targeted initiatives for both new and established products, services, and industry verticals, adapting plans to evolving market dynamics.
Program & Project Leadership
Lead the end-to-end design, rollout, and assessment of high-impact strategic programs and initiatives.
Manage national and regional launches, ensuring effective communication and seamless alignment with organizational priorities and market needs.
Partnership & Alliance Management
Forge, strengthen, and manage high-value strategic partnerships and alliance programs.
Negotiate engagement terms that enhance market presence, unlock new revenue streams, and drive shared success, while proactively assessing partner requirements and business imperatives.
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct comprehensive market research and advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize go-to-market approaches.
Deliver actionable insights on competitive landscapes, market trends, and emerging opportunities, driving continual improvement in program effectiveness.
Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure all initiatives adhere to relevant regulations and internal standards.
Collaborate extensively with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business results.
Impact & Leadership
Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, using creativity and deep industry knowledge to resolve complex business challenges.
Lead high-profile projects with strategic autonomy, directly influencing executive-level decisions and shaping long-term organizational direction.
Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, or related field; industry certifications a plus.
Exceptional project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proven track record of successful partnership development, strategic planning, and cross-functional teamwork.

Our Lead Market Development earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
