Responsibilities
Production Operations: Execute the synthesis, ammonolysis, purification, and other key processes of oligonucleotides with precision, following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines. Monitor and record process parameters in real - time to ensure consistency and traceability of production batches.Process Optimization: Actively participate in the optimization of oligo synthesis processes, including but not limited to reaction conditions, purification methods, and reagent usage. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Collaborate with cross - functional teams, such as R&D and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process. Develop and maintain a troubleshooting guide for common problems in oligo synthesis, ammonolysis, and purification, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.Documentation: Prepare detailed production reports, process records, and technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Keep abreast of industry best practices and relevant regulations, and ensure compliance in all aspects of production operations.Requirements
Education: A minimum of a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry Experience: At least 1 years of hands - on experience in oligo chemical synthesis production, with in-depth knowledge of synthesis, ammonolysis, and purification techniques.Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating oligo synthesis instruments, purification equipment (such as HPLC), and related analytical tools. Strong understanding of organic chemistry principles, reaction mechanisms, and purification methods applicable to oligonucleotides.Problem - Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem - solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. A logical and systematic approach to troubleshooting production issues.Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey technical information and contribute to team discussions.Dedication and Initiative: A high level of dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
