Lead Manufacturing Technician
Pay: $32-$34/hr.

How will you make an impact? The Lead Manufacturing Technician performs assembly, wiring, alignments, and final configuration of components in an assembly. This position collaborates with colleagues towards common production goals via documented manufacturing procedures. This position also participates in continuous process improvement activities and maintains the highest standards for workplace safety and quality.
What will you do?
Conduct assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipmentCollect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process.Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisionsAssist in selection and/or set-up of specialized equipmentPerform a wide variety of problem-solving to identify and resolve issuesPerform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenanceFollow audit and safety guidelinesTrain current and new employeesHow will you get here?
High school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of 10 years’ experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting sophisticated, electrical and mechanical components and systemsExperience in lean manufacturing, 6S and continuous improvement a plus.Familiar with quality management systems and safety programs.Experience with Windows-based and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $26.51–$44.19.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
