• Recruitment and Hiring:
• Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Mediate disputes and handle disciplinary matters.• Training and Development:
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and develop learning and development initiatives.• Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Administer payroll and related processes.• Performance Management:
Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to employees. Manage employee performance issues and develop improvement plans.Other Key Duties:
Act as a liaison between management and employees. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters. Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
