Lead/ Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Hiring:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions. Manage the onboarding process for new recruits.

• Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Mediate disputes and handle disciplinary matters.

• Training and Development:

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and develop learning and development initiatives.

• Compensation and Benefits:

Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity. Administer payroll and related processes.

• Performance Management:

Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to employees. Manage employee performance issues and develop improvement plans.

Other Key Duties:

Act as a liaison between management and employees. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters. Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
