Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Siemens controls, multi-axis CNC machining (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), and proficiency with both lathes and mill-turn all-in-one systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and program CNC machines with Siemens controls, including multi-axis configurations.
• Perform setups and ensure precision in machining operations.
• Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Work with lathes and mill-turn systems to support diverse production needs.
• Mentor and guide a small team of machinists as we scale local production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
