Lead Loan Servicing Representative

About this role:

In this role, you will:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients, as well as cross-group administrative operationsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Loan Servicing functional areaPerform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationPrioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teamsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate Loan Servicing team and functional area on wide range of loan servicing activitiesInteract and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management, staff, and cross-business unitsProvide training to less experienced individuals


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Payment processing experienceData entry experienceLeadership experienceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, acting on management requests that might require a sense of urgencySkilled at making decisions and knowing when to escalate to manager for guidanceAbility to work and influence successfullyExperience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areasStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiencyHighly motivated individual who is able to work well independently and in a team environment.


Job Expectations:

Schedule is flexible between 7:30am - 430pm & 8am - 5pmThis role is based in a secure environment. Personal items are restricted. Digital devices may only be used during scheduled breaks, and only clear bags are permitted in the workspace.
