**Description:** The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas is seeking a highly responsible and proactive **Lead Lifeguard** to join the team at **HyTides Waterpark** . This role is essential for ensuring the safety and positive experience of all guests while providing leadership to the Lifeguard staff. The pay rate for this position is $18.50 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. **Key Responsibilities** + **Staff Leadership:** Serve as a leader and positive role model for all Lifeguard staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to safety standards. + **Compliance & Accountability:** Possess comprehensive knowledge of all pool regulations and operational procedures.
