Lead Keyholder

Objective:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Keyholder to join our ZWILLING team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary products, driving sales, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Shift leadership responsibilities Store opening and closing responsibilities along with POS and asset management Partner with manager on day-to-day business needs Efficiently process replenishment to maintain adequate inventory levels Provide stellar customer service to maximize sales and elevate customer experience Execute product demonstrations and special events Assist in supervising daily store operations & adhere to company policies and procedures Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Mentor and train Sales Associates & Keyholders Deliver in the moment feedback & recognition Assists the Store Manager on Inventory in the processing of all shipments of product, as well as inventory management. Offer assortment recommendations based on customer’s needs Administers all operational processes including inventory receipt/dispatch, daily replenishment of floor merchandise levels, and execution and preparation of physical inventories. Works with Retail Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community and team management to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully Assists in the recruiting, hiring, and development of store associates & Keyholders Partners with Store Manager to conduct regular store meetings ensuring all store team members are up to date with all company directives. Lead meetings at the beginning of shifts and at the end of the day

Qualifications and Skills:

A culinary passion! High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent level of education required. Must be able to work 30+ Hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to work an 8-hour shift Commitment to customer service 2-3 years of Retail sales or keyholder experience required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to change Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder Must be 18 or older Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $21.50-23.00 per hour contingent upon experience.
