In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives on selected domainsEnsure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate riskDefine opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing costLead, design, develop, test and implement applications and system components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologiesResolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging natureLead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMentor less experienced software engineersCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesPartner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of Java development experience5+ years of Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) experience2+ years or relational or NoSQL DB experience2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of DevOps tool set based continuous incremental delivery experience2+ years working Kubernetes like container technology2+ years working public cloud provider such as Azure or GCP2+ years using cloud based open source Distributed Caching technology2+ years of experience working with opensource messaging technologies on cloud such as Apache Kafka/Confluent EnterpriseAny experience with UI development using Javascript technologies is a plusAny experience with BI tools or report development using Jaspersoft is a plusCapital Market Experience

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
