  Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff and cleaning schedules. Train new custodial employees and ensure compliance with safety and cleaning protocols. Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects and event setups as needed. Maintain records of cleaning activities and staff performance. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.    Preferred Qualifications  Customer Service Experience  One year of lead or supervisory experience
