The Lead IT Operations Analyst will oversee the daily management of the hub team located in Naperville, ensuring the effective storage, deployment, and management of devices. This role includes managing the lifecycle of devices, ensuring compliance, and maximizing the value of Ecolab’s IT assets. The Lead IT Operations Analyst will also manage hub queues, mailboxes, and collaborate with the Device Administration team, Client Services, Executive Support, and the Cellular and Mobility team.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with ad-hoc projects, business demands, and customer-facing devices, while working with third-party vendors for hub lifecycle services, including RMA, CPR, and ICT.
What You Will Do:
Ensure that the Device Hub is maintaining the correct SLA and ticket processing in a timely manner.Enforce the correct processes are followed and protocols at the hub.Align with Device Administration for asset management process and support the hub team with accuracy of asset management.Work with Device Administration team to understand requirements from business teams to ensure we are capturing the right data for asset tracking and reporting.Work with the teams to gather and document requirements to build processes for new requirements of the hub.Optimize the hubs performance and generate reports to provide valuable insights.Assist with analyzing asset data and collaborate with various teams to properly manage the data effectively.Work alongside the Service Now team to develop within ServiceNow, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and automations to fully utilize ServiceNow’s capabilities and enable the business teams to track assets accurately.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical area and 8 years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED completed and 12 years of equivalent work experience1 year of experience in a technical support roleExperience working with and supporting Windows, Mac OS, mobile operating systems, and general computer-related issuesExperience working with mobile device management – e.g., Intune (Android & iOS)Experience working with Office 365, OneDrive, Active Directory, SerivceNow, Ticketing Systems and Microsoft TeamsExperience working in a customer service environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
