THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Lead IT Analyst Supply Chain - TMS will play a key role in supporting both project and steady state of Ulta’s Transportation Management System. The Lead will support deployment and integration of TMS at Ulta. A the direction of the manager they will, participate in requirements, design, build out and test. Upon completion of the initial deployment, the role will support enhancements and 24x7 steady state operations of all Ulta’s Distribution & Transportation applications. The Lead will work closely with the business, vendors, cross functional teams. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Participate in initial TMS deployment and own specific aspects of the projects at the discretion of the manager. Provide steady state support for both TMS and rate shopping applications. Participate in incident creation, definition, escalation, and remediation process. Lead technical configuration of TMS. Work with onshore and offshore teams responsible for application support. Lead outage calls until operations are restored. Help drive the relationship with the supply chain technology providers. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports monthly patching and validation process for transportation applications. Drives and reports on root cause analysis for all transportation incidents including development of preventative measures to minimize future impact. Coordinates break-fix & enhancements to improve transportation application performance and uptime. Defines requirements for TMS and new enhancements. Participates in testing of new TMS/rate shopping development. ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a focus in Information Technology or Supply Chain Management. Complex understanding of Supply Chain Strategies, Design, Systems and Processes. 3-5 years in a technical supply chain role. 3-5 years’ experience with TMS or other relevant supply chain applications (i.e. WMS) preferred) Ability to write SQL statements ranging from medium to high complexity. Must be a self-starter and be able to successfully execute initiatives with minimal guidance and accomplish the stated goals. Ability to manage, drive and accept accountability across an integrated team in a production support environment across multiple geographies. Significant experience with large scale supply chain application deployments Good verbal and written skills to communicate with associates and all levels of management. Ability to work long hours and weekends as dictated by business needs. #LI -ML1 #LI - HYBRID The pay range for this position is $102,900.00 - $155,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
