The overall purpose of this position will be:
Lead the design of the PMI B2B(2C) global Digital channel capabilities, in close collaboration with the markets/regions and IT team.Accordingly lead projects or sub-projects and deliver digital solutions at global scale aimed to generate:
Excellence in execution by equipping the PMI affiliates with appropriate business processes and solutions to achieve targets on both RRP and conventional business at indirect retail (retailers) Efficiency gains by effectively automatizing processes and optimizing both back office and Field Force workload on low added-value activities Sustainable competitive advantage to build valuable, efficient and long-lasting relationships with our current and future business partners (scale & flexibility)Retailer channel is accountable for close to 100% of the PMI CC volume and Heets volume, and more than 40% of Devices sales (biggest channel). In addition, this channel is also playing a major role for leads generation (more than 20% of the total in EU) and services delivery (e.g. replacements) in the context of the new go-to-market RRP strategy
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Business & Administration or IT (preferably Master's Degree)3+ years’ experience in the Commercial area, ideally related to Field Force management, Trade Engagement or Commercial planning domain.Deep understanding of CRM related processes, omni channel Digital solutions & Customer Journeys with good grasp of reporting and analytics tools.Previous experience in managing the development of digital products under agile methodology (i.e. SCRUM).

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Lead or participate to the scope definition of new Digital channel capabilities or sub-capabilities, in line with global vision & strategy, by liaising with the various partners (Markets, Regions, IT & other PMI functions). For major initiatives, this includes the preparation of business cases supported by return-on-investment models.Lead or collaborate to the design of new future-proof Digital channel capabilities and related end-to-end business processes to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the various commercial levers (retailers, field force, call centre, trade loyalty schemes, community management, training & capability building).Coordinate the development of the new Digital channel capabilities, in close collaboration with IT, ensuring the quality of the deliverables, within the allocated budget and timeframe.Supervise the piloting of new Digital solutions to fix users’ pain points and to create additional value by capturing their business opportunities. Support the deployment team and the regional commercial teams to enable excellent global deployment.Define and design KPIs related to the new capabilities and ensure that these are developed and embedded into the analytical environment, in collaboration with the analytics team.In line with the \"Agile Methodology\", closely and effectively participate to the management of the backlog (prioritization, sprint planning, release review & other ceremonies, documentation...).
