Job Description
Position Summary: Curaleaf Kentucky is looking for an Inventory Lead who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Inventory Lead will assist with receiving, counting, and managing inventory in compliance with state regulations as well as assist in implementing the company's policies and operating procedures on inventory controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory recording, compliance, and accuracy in all phases of the warehouse operations. Monitor warehouse inbound and outbound transactions. Ensure inventory records are always accurate. Perform cycle counts daily or weekly as needed. Follow written audit programs and physical inventory to ensure integrity of company records. Log receipts and documentation to ensure accurate inventory accounts. Demonstrates a high level of detail and accuracy in all inventory-related tasks. Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse or production area. Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers using appropriate equipment. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy. Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations related to powered industrial truck operation. Assists with all wholesale orders to include picking, packaging, counting, scanning. Assist in scheduling/training of inventory personnel as required. Assist in managing consumables for the warehouse, manufacturing, and R&D teams. Assist in managing Microsoft Dynamics365 ERP for Curaleaf Kentucky Perform system adjustments as required and conduct and/or participate in analysis of root cause for the adjustments. Help determine, initiate and execute subsequent corrective actions. Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to ensure state(s) compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Internal candidates must be in their current role for 6 months or more for consideration. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in order fulfillment is preferred. Clean driving record. Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance requirements. Valid certification for forklift and electric pallet jack operation (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience operating powered industrial trucks inside a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard awareness. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment. Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations. Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to tackle complex order fulfillment problems or complications. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computing skills. Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match. Ability to critically think and solve problems without direction. High level of integrity. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Detail-oriented and able to quickly adapt to changing demands and priorities.
