This role is expected to ensure that the inventory in JDE is accurately reflected and that processes in managing inventory integrity are clearly understood and documented across the business. The lead is responsible for development of standardized process to ensure all inventory is well controlled and that the risk associated to these processes are mitigated through effective monitoring and controlling practice. Furthermore, the Lead is responsible for ensuring the management of the cycle count process in accordance with Corporate and Accounting requirements including Sarbanes Oxley. They will ensure cycle counts are scheduled to be completed every year in accordance with Corporate and other Accounting Regulations including Sarbanes Oxley and recounts are performed in accordance to rules set out by the Business Controls Team. This role requires working with several teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing and Tech Service to ensure a strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of individuals are understood and ensure Stryker sets and maintains high standards around controls and processes through training, reporting and clear direction.
