Lead Instructional Designer (Remote)

What you will do

The Lead Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on creating and leading learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. In this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.

Additional responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job training.Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback.Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

What you need

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related fieldDemonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms

Preferred qualifications

Project management experience in training initiatives with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once Experience working with translation vendors for global training audiencesFamiliarity with SharePoint and evaluation tools for training effectiveness

$77,200 - $123,700k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
