Pay: $23-$26/hr + Signing Bonus + Frequent Overtime

Schedule: 4x10s with 3-day weekends available

Perks: Company vehicle, paid lodging + per diem for travel

Responsibilities:
Lead crews on installation projects for AV, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Network Cabling

Interpret technical drawings and equipment lists

Perform hands-on work: terminations, soldering, rack building, and cable management

Maintain accurate records and use project management software

Travel to various job sites (lodging + per diem provided)

Train new techs and uphold quality/safety standards

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)

Ohio Fire Alarm License

BICSI Certification

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
2?4 years of experience in AV, security, fire alarm, or data cabling

Proven leadership of small technical crews

Strong understanding of wiring standards and technical diagrams

Proficiency with terminations, soldering, and cable management

Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules
