Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt support and high levels of customer satisfactionCollaborate closely with Global Product Surveillance (GPS), Global Service Part Operations (GSPO), and Service Operations to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Lead initiatives to improve product quality, streamline maintenance processes, and support the successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPIs).Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory standards.Demonstrate knowledge and experience with ultrasound devices.Utilize high-level business English skills in communication and documentation.Possess a strong engineering background to support technical decision-making.Apply data analytics skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, VBA, and other relevant platforms.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and related software environments.Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:Adhere to GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.Complete all required Quality and Compliance training on time.Identify and escalate quality or compliance concerns promptly.Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met before approving design outputs or deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Ultrasound systems or other medical imaging technologies.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Passion for data integrity and continuous process improvement.
