Job responsibilities

 

Deliver full lifecycle of vendor product solutions, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment to productionManipulate, structure, and design data flows, optimizing queries using SQL and PythonDevelop microservices to automate network implementations using REST and SOAP/XML APIsCreate tools and scripts for data transfer utilizing JSON and XML formatted files and service payloadsDesign, develop, integrate, and deploy new tools to accelerate network infrastructure deploymentsEvaluate, test, and integrate third-party tools and applications for seamless customer serviceReview and enhance existing tools for improved performance and functionalitySupport customer onboarding for new products, including documentation and trainingBuild and maintain dynamic dashboards using Grafana, Dynatrace, and SplunkOperate effectively in a global, multi-time-zone environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
