Must Have Skills

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in .Net and .Net Core development.

Strong expertise in Azure Development (Functions, App Services, Storage, Cloud-native solutions).

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have Skills

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases in Azure ecosystem.

Exposure to performance tuning, security best practices, and application optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .Net/.Net Core and Azure services.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.

Implement best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.

Ensure scalability, security, and performance of delivered solutions.

Drive innovation and contribute to process improvements and architecture discussions.
