Must-Have Skills

 

Salesforce Development Experience: 5–6 years in Salesforce.com development, with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC) Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and Apex Managed Sharing Cloud Experience: Experience in Sales Cloud (mandatory) Integrations: Hands-on with Salesforce Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API Tools & Frameworks: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex Triggers JavaScript frameworks, SOQL, SFDX, Visual Studio, Data Loader Salesforce Administration & Configuration: User setup, roles/profiles, security, page layouts, workflows, reports & dashboards CI/CD & Deployment: Experience with tools like GitHub, GitLab, Copado, Bamboo Proficient in ANT, Change Sets, and resolving deployment errors Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I App Builder Certification

 

Good-to-Have Skills

 

Experience in Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or Field Service Lightning (FSL) Familiarity with Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) Prior background in Java or .NET development Exposure to Salesforce Mobile (Salesforce1), Heroku, Radian6 Experience using ETL tools like Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or Mulesoft Database skills: SQL/PL-SQL, stored procedures, database schemas Salesforce Certifications (Preferred): Platform Developer II (all modules) Advanced Admin (ADM301) Sales Cloud Consultant
