Job Title: Salesforce Manual Testing Lead – Field Service (FSL)

Experience Range:

Total Experience: 7–10 years in manual software testing Salesforce Testing Experience: At least 4–5 years Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage testing teams

Hiring Location:

Primary: Hyderabad/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore/Kolkata/Noida/Pune

Must Have Skills:

Manual Testing Expertise:

Extensive hands-on experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications Proven experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts Experience in defect tracking and management using tools like JIRA Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

Salesforce Platform Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud FSL managed package: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console Salesforce data models, validation rules, and configurations

Field Service (FSL) Testing:

Experience testing FSL mobile application – both online and offline functionality Understanding of data synchronization, data priming, and mobile usability testing Ability to validate complex scheduling policies and optimization rules

Leadership & Communication:

Proven experience leading a manual testing team Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination Ability to analyze requirements and guide team in delivering comprehensive test coverage

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud) Familiarity with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Katalon) Knowledge of Salesforce release management cycles Strong data validation skills

Certifications – Preferred:

Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification Agile Certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement detailed manual test strategies and plans for Salesforce projects Analyze business and technical requirements to create test cases for: Work Order Management FSL Scheduling and Dispatching Mobile App testing (online/offline) Lead and mentor manual testers, assign tasks, and manage team workload Conduct functional, regression, and system testing Ensure full test coverage across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL) Identify and document defects using bug tracking tools Collaborate with developers and business teams for defect resolution and validation Review and maintain test documentation (test scripts, test reports) Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Ensure all testing activities align with project goals and timelines Track testing progress and communicate risks or blockers to stakeholders
