Lead I - Sr SFDC Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud (Community)

Experience Range:

Total Experience: 5–8 years in IT

Salesforce Development Experience: Minimum 4+ years

Experience with Integrations: Required

Hiring Location:

Primary: Hyderabad/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore/Kolkata/Noida/Pune

Must Have Skills: Salesforce Platform Development:

Proven hands-on experience in:

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components

Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)

Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud

End-to-end Sales Process Automation

Lead-to-Cash flows

Deep understanding of Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud):

Community creation, customization, branding, and enhancements

System Integration:

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using:

REST/SOAP APIs

Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)

Solid understanding of authentication, data flows, and error handling in integrations

Communication & Collaboration:

Ability to work with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions

Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, secure coding, and scalable architecture

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Experience Cloud advanced features such as:

Moderation rules

Guest user access control

Community Builder customizations

Salesforce Certifications such as:

Platform Developer I / II

Sales Cloud Consultant

Experience Cloud Consultant

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development

Exposure to DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset)

Understanding of Salesforce release management cycle and metadata deployment

Role Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable and secure solutions on Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud

Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Flows

Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Customize and enhance Salesforce Communities to meet business requirements and branding guidelines

Participate in requirement gathering sessions, analyze technical feasibility, and propose solutions

Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, data models, and governor limits

Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing, code reviews, and CI/CD deployments

Provide technical guidance to junior developers or admin resources as needed

Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends; suggest improvements accordingly
