You Are: Lead I - Software Engineering-Python developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development and proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for clean and efficient code, and the capability to work independently as an individual contributor. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that meet business requirements

The Opportunity:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 6–8 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Frameworks: Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Bonus: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
