Lead I - Sales Support
Experience Range:

5 + Years and 2 to 3 years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales roles, preferably within the Telecom sector.

Hiring Location: Remote(US Shift)

 About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales / Pre-Sales professional with strong experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between Sales and Delivery teams, driving lead generation, supporting pre-sales cycles, and ensuring seamless client engagement.

Job Description: Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Executive

Role Overview:

Generate and qualify leads through inside sales activities.

Support the sales team with proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.

Act as a liaison between Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project alignment.

Handle client interactions during pre-sales discussions to capture requirements effectively.

Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM for lead management and outreach.

Conduct research to identify target markets, client needs, and industry trends.

Prepare sales collaterals, solution documents, and business case inputs.

Must Have Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales, preferably in Telecom.

Strong experience in client handling and pre-sales support.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams.

Good to Have Skills:

Proactive, self-driven, and highly collaborative team player.

Experience preparing sales collaterals, solution documents, and business case inputs.

Knowledge of industry trends and target market research methodologies.
