Required :
Over 5 years of experience in Workday integrations, specializing in designing, developing, and supporting integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). Proven ability to lead cross-functional integration projects from concept through deployment while managing timelines, priorities, and resources effectively. Skilled in providing technical leadership and mentorship to analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate actively in requirement gathering and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on integration goals.

Design and build complex, end-to-end Workday integrations, including advanced XSLT coding.

Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations, and Web Services.

Create complex reports leveraging Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reporting techniques.

Collaborate closely with business and development teams to design, document, and implement enhancements.

Provide production support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills:

Workday Studio (strong hands-on experience required)

Workday Integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Payroll Integrations

Web Services: SOAP and REST APIs

XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON

Advanced Workday reporting: Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports

Certifications:

Workday Integration Certification (optional but preferred)

Soft Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within team environments
