Must Have Skills

Salesforce Data Cloud Expertise

Experience on at least two Salesforce Data Cloud projects, covering design and implementation Strong hands-on experience with: Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs) Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation Identity Resolution (IR) rules and configuration Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) Deep understanding of: Salesforce Data Cloud objects, data models, and customer profile unification Data mapping and ingestion from multiple sources Data integration patterns using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and ETL tools Skilled in: Creating/maintaining data models, schemas, and mappings Building data pipelines, using SQL, and managing data quality Integrating external AI/ML models using Einstein Studio, retrievers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and performance monitoring Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce Data Cloud solutions Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams for data strategies

Communication & Coordination

Excellent communication skills Ability to coordinate with onsite (USA-based) Salesforce teams Experience interacting with both IT and business stakeholders

Good to Have Skills

Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Exposure to: Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein AI, Field Service Lightning (FSL) Familiarity with data governance best practices and compliance standards
