Work Location:- Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad.
Minimum of 5 Years of total and relevant working experience in SF EC ( Employee Central). EC Consultant where he should have at least 1 implementation and multiple support projects experience.
Must have working experience on configuring and requirement gathering on Foundation Objects, Custom MDF objects, Business rules, Position management , Workflows and good to have Time off, Time sheet & EC Benefits.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports).
Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Management module, following best practices.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Time Management module.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.
Knowledge in Follow areas:
• S/4HANA HCM & Payroll or EC Payroll
• Integration experience (CPI) with S/4Hana -SAP HCM payroll & SuccessFactors
• Integration knowledge on SF Employee Central to PM/GM, SP/CDP, LMS, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Provide end user training on need basis for Employee Central Qualifications: • Qualification required- MBA/MCA/B.Tech/B.E
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
