We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM and a solid understanding of ITAM/ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. This includes creating workflows, portals, integrations, and automation to enhance platform capabilities and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Perform configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including development of workflows, portals, reports, and dashboards.
Build end-to-end Service Request Fulfillment workflows from business requirements, involving requests, request items, and tasks using UI actions, client scripts, business rules, etc.
Automate various business processes using out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow features.
Develop and manage integrations and process automations using Orchestration, Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, etc.
Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and configure applications and modules using ServiceNow, including scripting and workflow development.
Implement advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Custom Tables, and more.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party systems and tools.
Conduct system and integration testing using both sample and live data.
Perform upgrades and apply customizations while following Release Management and SDLC best practices.
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Mandatory Skills:Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
Experience with ITAM and ITOM modules
Knowledge of SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and PPM (Project Portfolio Management)
Proficient in Shell Scripting
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation
