Job Title: Senior Developer – Dynamics CRM with Azure

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer – Dynamics CRM with Azure to join our Commercial Bank CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in alignment with our banking operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, customize, and deploy CRM capabilities, while integrating services with Microsoft Azure to enhance functionality and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations and integrations with Azure services.
Take complete ownership of applications — from development to support and maintenance.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC in accordance with the client’s delivery methodologies.
Collaborate with partners and system analysts to design solutions that align with business goals.
Ensure compliance with all client policies, standards, and security protocols.
Support tool and technology evaluations, providing recommendations and technical insights.
Contribute to architectural roadmaps while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
Analyze and resolve production issues efficiently to minimize impact on operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
6 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Dynamics CRM and Azure.
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (latest version) – customization, deployment, and integration.
Strong understanding of business workflows and implementation in CRM.
Deep knowledge and experience with:
CRM SDK
Dataverse
Microsoft Azure: API development, service management, API management, real-time data flows, and process orchestration.
ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server (L3 level)
Visual Studio, Azure Active Directory, JIRA
Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to integrate legacy or external systems with CRM architecture.
Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience building Power BI reports.
Proficiency in creating and automating workflows using Power Automate.
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies in a distributed team environment.
Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus and Logic Apps.
Knowledge of SQL Server deployment on Azure.
Microsoft Certification in Dynamics CRM, Azure, or other relevant disciplines.
