Translate customer requirements into the design of new DevOps/CI-CD components under the guidance of the Lead/Architect.

Develop, debug, test, document and support new and existing DevOps solutions (on-premises and cloud).

Design, install, configure and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, Kubernetes).

Automate infrastructure provisioning (on-prem and cloud) using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, PowerShell, Terraform.

Integrate build, deployment, code-quality and test automation tools (e.g., SonarQube, Selenium, JUnit) and manage repositories/artifacts (Git, Nexus).

Lead at least one Agile team, provide guidance to DevOps Engineers, review their code and mentor junior resources.

Monitor and optimise DevOps-process efficiency, cost, quality and reuse of components.

Onboard new application teams onto DevOps pipelines, create training materials and SOPs for tool usage and processes.

Communicate status to stakeholders, prepare reports, maintain SLAs for onboarding and ticket support.

Validate solutions with user representatives, support complex troubleshooting beyond standard SOPs, and continuously improve the DevOps environment.
