• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 4–7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with hands-on expertise in: o Azure Cloud services (VMs, Storage, Networking, AKS, Azure DevOps) o Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and containerization (Docker) • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar). • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Ansible). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor). • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Familiarity with security best practices, RBAC, and secrets management in Azure and Kubernetes. • Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and high-availability concepts in cloud environments. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional Agile teams. Preferred Skills • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions. • Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd. • Exposure to serverless computing (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions). • Familiarity with policy as code and security compliance tools (OPA, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Policy). • Hands-on experience with cost optimization and governance in cloud environments. • Domain-specific experience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries with a focus on compliance (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2). • Understanding of GitOps methodologies (ArgoCD, Flux) for Kubernetes cluster management.
