We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to guide product development teams in maximizing value aligned with product strategy and organizational goals. The BA will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into actionable work items, define acceptance criteria, and support the development team throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage software development projects within an Agile framework.
Act as the liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business vision.
Define acceptance criteria and validate stories for inclusion in release baselines.
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into product features.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and monitor project scope.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of business and end-user needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
Experience with Target Process and Slack is a plus.
Domain Knowledge: e-Governance experience is advantageous.
