HVAC Installer Job Responsibilities
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will:
Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systemsInstall, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipmentLead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helperEnsure installations meet local inspection codes and company standardsCommunicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experienceWork efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards QualificationsHVAC Installer Requirements
2+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceComfortable leading HVAC installs with a helperWorking knowledge of local HVAC inspection codesEPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspacesStrong communication and customer service skillsMust pass background check and drug screeningValid driver’s license with a clean driving record
