**Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential HVAC system installation and will communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. **Responsibilities** + Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop package units, and ductless split systems. + Perform basic thermostat wiring, programming, and startup. + Conduct copper welding and flare nut tasks. + Flush copper lines, vacuum, and add refrigerant. + Install and maintain ductwork, including flexible, sheet metal, and spiral types. + Handle drain piping, gas piping, and flue vents, including sheet metal double wall and PVC. + Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience. + Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver's license and clean DMV report (past 3 years). + Authorized to work in the United States. + Must pass a drug screening and physical exam. + Provide own hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electrical systems is a plus. + Ability to represent the company well in client-facing roles. **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established company with 50 years of experience in the industry, known for its strong reputation in the LA Basin. Lead installers will be provided with a company vehicle once proven reliable. Dress code includes PPE such as hard hats, boots, and goggles, with shirts and vests provided by the company. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
