They are collaborative, data-driven, and committed to embedding Nike’s culture of winning together. **Key Qualifications:** + Open to work in India Technology Centre + 10–15 years of relevant HR experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations + Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. + Proven ability to manage sizeable teams and partner with highly skilled demographics + Deep expertise in at least one HR domain (Rewards, HR Transformation, Talent, Organization Development/Effectiveness) + Wise, mature, resilient teammate with the ability to work with a multigenerational and multi-cultural set of stakeholders. **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You’ll partner with the HR Leader to set the game plan and drive priorities for the India Technology Centre.
