Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems
**About this Role** Wells Fargo is seeking a **Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems** to join our HR Employee/Labor Relations Services Team within Traditional Product Management. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo’s Human Resources transformation by delivering innovative, integrated HR technology solutions that enhance the employee experience. As a key member of the team, you will ensure alignment with HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk to deliver scalable solutions using **ServiceNow** . **In this role, you will:** + Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute HR technology initiatives. + Drive accountability and efficiency while managing risk exposure across assigned programs. + Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations + Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance + Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans + Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group + Facilitate decision-making and support implementation of strategic plans. + Collaborate with Business Execution team members and leadership to drive HR transformation. + Lead and facilitate end-to-end workflow design sessions for HR Service Delivery processes. + Elicit, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for HRSD modules including: + HR Case Management + HR Agent Workspace + Employee Relations + Virtual Agent + Live Chat + Now Assist (Generative AI / Agentic AI features) + Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex HR needs into scalable product solutions. **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education. **Desired Qualifications** + Proven expertise in **ServiceNow HR Service Delivery** , with hands-on experience in modules such as HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Live Chat, and Now Assist. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through workflow mapping, requirements gathering, testing, and solution delivery. + Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Track record of successful HRSD implementations and enhancements. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and guide less experienced team members. + Experience working in a highly regulated environment. + Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes + Experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners + Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories + Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management + Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time + Knowledge of HR business processes + Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills + Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills + Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment + Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. + Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. **Job Expectations** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + Relocation assistance is not available for this position + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + Up to 5% travel **Posting Locations:** + Minneapolis, MN + Charlotte, NC + Phoenix, AZ \#HRJobs **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
