Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. + Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications. + Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout. + Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. + Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. **YOU MUST HAVE** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. + 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development. + Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies. + Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools. + Experience with hardware testing and validation. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. **WE VALUE** + Advanced Engineering degree such as EE (Electrical Engineering) or related field. + Proven track record of successful hardware design projects. + Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. + Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. + Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design. + Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs.
