Essential Responsibilities

Lead daily paint crew operations with a focus on safety and PPE complianceConduct FLHAs, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetingsCoordinate with Shop Foremen, track materials, collect samples, and complete QC formsEnsure accurate production reporting and daily paint reportsDelegate tasks, manage shift timelines, and maintain organized work areasOversee equipment cleaning, tire checks, and scheduled maintenance

Qualifications

Experience in pavement marking or highway maintenance is an assetStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills with the ability to manage stressful situationsTech Savvy working with aps and inputting data into various systemsAbility to work long shifts and manage physical field demandsCommitment to safety above all elseValid Class 1 or 3 with air brake endorsementClear 3 yr drivers abstractAbility to pass pre- employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions

Start Date: April 13th – Spring/Summer Seasonal work : April- October12 – 14 hrs/dayTravel, shift work, on-call availability, and night shifts required during operating monthsAccommodation/Meal allowance/ LOA providedWork locations span provincial and municipal highways across AlbertaPreference given to local candidates given the nature of work
