**ADP is hiring a Lead Global Procurement Technical Analyst.**

As Lead Global Procurement Technical Analyst, you will work with the Global Contracts and Global Sourcing teams and be responsible for managing software maintenance and subscription deals in the Procurement Asset Management System.
You’ll update and manage the Procure to Pay system purchase orders and end-user termination requests, integrate information into the Procurement Asset Management system, lead global procurement system rollouts, and serve as the lead in major system upgrades and application feature testing. In this role, you will report to the Director of IT Asset Management.

**What you’ll do:**
**Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:**
+ Work with the Global Contracts and Global Sourcing teams to review all pertinent documents from the Contract Management Systems and the Procure to Pay system to manage software maintenance and software subscription deals in the Procurement Asset Management System.
+ Update and manage the Procurement Asset Management System for all Purchase Orders, integrating the correct information, and ensuring the related financial information is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Monitor, validate, and approve the work performed by the robot within the Procurement Asset Management System.
+ Process software invoices for payment and reconcile invoices with variances and determine the appropriate course of action.
+ Lead global procurement system rollouts, collaborating with international colleagues, in different geographies, time zones, and languages.
+ Identify system problems with a concise, but thorough outline of the problem and supporting documentation within the case management system. This includes following each problem through to its resolution and keeping management informed of critical issues. Analyzes problems and makes recommendations on resolution or potential enhancements.
+ Function as the lead in major system upgrades and application/feature testing.
+ Establish, develop, and own end-user relationships.
+ Coordinate, test, and execute system enhancement requests and the development of fixes with the vendor(s).
+ Assist and support the team in identifying and implementing improved processes for system maintenance.
+ Own data analysis and reporting functions for assigned systems.
+ Support global procurement system rollouts, collaborating with international colleagues, in different geographies, time zones, and languages.
+ Create a positive team environment with open communication which is motivational to the team.
+ Develop and inspire the team to be confident and grow within the team/organization.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Experience.** You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**
+ At least 3 years of relevant global SaaS system implementation experience, or Project Management.
+ Demonstrated experience in data analysis using MS Excel functions, tables, pivot tables, and formulas.
+ Team player with the ability to perform in high-pressure situations.
+ Excellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with daily operational responsibilities.
+ Must be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
+ Must be willing to work extended hours, when needed.
+ You’ll have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
