Lead Generations Specialist
Position: Lead Generations Specialist – Data Center (Market Intelligence & Engagement) Reports To: Global Project Manager Location: United States (remote) Salary: 100,00.00/YR SUMMARY The Lead Generations Specialist plays a pivotal role in accelerating growth within the data center sector by combining market intelligence with business engagement. This position requires someone who thrives at the intersection of research, organization, and relationship-building—serving as a bridge between market insights and business development execution. The individual will track and analyze data center activity, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and contribute directly to pipeline growth through informed and timely outreach. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Track and analyze data center market activity including new builds, expansions, operator announcements, regulatory changes, and industry events. 2. Maintain and organize a structured database of market intelligence covering operators, hyperscale’s, colocation providers, and ecosystem partners. 3. Prepare weekly and monthly intelligence reports for leadership and sales teams to support decision-making. 4. Identify early signals of demand and proactively flag opportunities for engagement. 5. Initiate outreach to target accounts based on intelligence insights and coordinate strategic meetings between prospects and internal stakeholders (local BDMs or global Vice Presidents). 6. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) pipelines and ensure accurate reporting of business development activities. 7. Support pre-meeting preparation including briefing notes, account intelligence, and opportunity context. 8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, capturing leads and building relationships. 9. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global business development teams to ensure alignment of intelligence and engagement strategies. 10. Develop participation plans for conferences and networking opportunities to enhance market presence. 11. Ensure information accuracy and timeliness in all reporting, dashboards, and briefings. 12. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive business or partner information. 13. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of company growth objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time. • Strong market research and analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for reporting. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone. • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). • Must have the legal right to work in the country the position is based out of. • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. • Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED. • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or related field (required). • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business development, market research, business analytics, and/or sales coordination. • Experience in the data center, cloud, telecom, or physical security industries preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel). • Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings and support executive-level engagements.
