The role will be in the Commercial Partnership & Governance team (International Card Services - Italy Commercial & Acquisition Parterships) **How will you make an impact in this role?** You will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and growth by managing data-driven prospecting activities, supporting outbound and partnership initiatives, and ensuring the effectiveness of sales campaigns. Your ability to combine analytical skills with a commercial attitude will help improve opportunities and strengthen the company’s acquisition in the commercial segment. Responsibilities will include: + Manage the prospecting universe, including regular updates of tools and data sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency. + Create, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns, ensuring fair and effective allocation across different sales channels. + Support outbound sales and telesales activities through the design and distribution of targeted lists, while ensuring compliance with internal rules and checks. + Develop and deliver regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, conversion rates, and strategic indicators, demonstrating data analytics and machine learning tools. + Provide analytical support for partnership initiatives, helping validate opportunities and track their business impact. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools. + Good Proficiency in Python, SQL is a Plus. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team. + Excellent communication skills in Italian (written and spoken). + Good knowledge of English (spoken and written). + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Previous experience in sales support, data analysis, or campaign management is a plus.
