What you’ll do:
Lead front-end/UX development efforts with a focus on ReactPlay a key role in creating, evolving, and implementing a design system that ensures consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experiences across productsDefine and enforce front-end coding standards, architecture guidelines, and UI/UX best practicesLeverage AI to accelerate frontend development, improve code quality, and automate testing.Deliver a fast, reliable, and continuously monitored UI experience where performance is a product KPI and issues are caught earlyAdopt micro-frontend architecture, Standardize shared utilities, hooks, and component patterns, and enable independent deployments for different product areasConduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable codePartner with Product Managers and Designers to estimate and plan initiativesMentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovationMonitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to meet deadlinesAnalyze and define front-end software requirements and translate them into technical specificationsPropose and implement creative solutions to enhance user experienceContribute to cost estimation and proposal processes for new and modified systemsDevelop and maintain original front-end applications or integrate third-party solutions
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience10+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing contributionsExpert level experience with React and mobile frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native mobile development)Proven ability to integrate AI tooling into design and development workflows.Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and performance optimizationPassion for building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applicationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Agile-Scrum methodologiesExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practicesTeam player with flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
