The Senior Financial Analyst will help shape platform strategy, prioritize innovation investments, and drive portfolio transformation to accelerate growth and strengthen the business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Financial leadership, business partnering, and coordination of the annual WC&H R&D business plan and quarterly latest estimates, coordinating between New Product Development and Advanced Evaluation to build an annual budget aligned to platform strategy. + Strategic Business Partnering; collaborate with WC&H leadership to develop platform strategies and optimize the innovation portfolio including the development of business cases for external innovation opportunities. + Monthly/quarterly budget versus actual and headcount reporting and variance analysis for Finance leadership and R&D partners. + Key point of contact for WC&H R&D quarterly actuals and periodic forecast submissions. + Portfolio prioritization and various ad-hoc analyses on portfolio health and priorities. + Cross-Functional Collaboration; strong partnerships across supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives + Support the development of dashboards and performance measurement tools to track business health and identify growth opportunities. **Qualifications:** + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or accounting. + A minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting is required. + Proven ability to partner cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment is required. + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking is required. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities are required. + This position is in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% travel. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
