**_The Network & Technology (N&T) Finance team has an opportunity for you!_**
_We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual with strong blend of analytical and technical skills, who knows how to find the answer manipulating large data sets and then, creates visually appealing presentations/reporting for senior leadership to demonstrate findings and conclusions. Candidate that is willing to be challenged, who moves fast but with accuracy, solves problems, collaborates, and communicates with candor._
_The successful candidate will partner with peers across multiple N&T Finance organizations to assist N&T finance leadership with insights on monthly and quarterly results, develop forecasts and plans and collaborates with Corporate Financial Planning on key deliverables and timelines._
**Qualifications:**
+ _Proficient in finance concepts, MBA/CPA/Finance or Accounting degree preferred,_
+ _Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with large Excel files and advance formula creations and troubleshooting_
+ _Ability to design and build dynamic user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that are meaningful and informative and drive to actionable insights_
+ _Experience with Consolidation of Results, Outlook, and Plans,_
+ _Knowledge/ability to extract financial data from AT&T Financial systems,_
+ _Previous success in a BU CFO/ client-support role (expense preferred)_
+ _Advance knowledge or interest in modeling / forecasting and experience in some enterprise planning/forecasting tools/applications_
+ _Ability to do independent analysis to get answers_
+ _Ability to collaborate with individuals at multiple levels throughout the company._
**What You’ll Do:**
+ _Gather, interpret, and evaluate monthly and quarterly financial results, annual budgets and in-year outlooks across multiple sub-organizations covering incurred expenses and segment allocated spend_
+ _Design/maintain Power BI dashboards with results for one of largest AT&T business unit_
+ _Lead periodic budget transfer and restatement processes_
+ _Coordinate and ensure alignment across the teams on timelines, deliverables around results, forecasts/budgets etc._
+ _Interface with the Corporate consolidation team to ensure alignment and to resolve issues as they come up_
+ _Pursue opportunities to improve & streamline monthly book close and outlook/plan processes with automation and efficiencies._

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
